We serve Manhattan, KS and nearby communities. If you’re just outside town, reach out — we may still be able to help!

❓ How often do you provide cleanup services?

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and one-time cleanups based on your needs. Most of our customers choose weekly service for convenience and odor control.

❓ Do you clean during rain or bad weather?

Nope — we wait at least two dry days after rain to ensure we’re not scooping soggy messes and damaging your lawn. You'll be rescheduled automatically for the next clear day.

❓ Are your deodorizing sprays safe for pets and kids?

Absolutely. We only use eco-friendly and pet-safe products that are safe for grass, paws, and bare feet.

❓ Will you scoop if my dog is outside?

If your dog is friendly and safe to work around, sure! If your pup gets nervous or protective, we may ask that they be brought inside or secured during the visit.

❓ What does your lawn painting service do?

We use a safe, color-matched turf paint to cover up brown or burned spots caused by dog urine. It’s fast, clean, and makes your lawn look instantly better.

❓ Do I have to be home for service?

Nope! As long as we have access to your yard and any gates are unlocked, we’ll handle everything and send confirmation when we’re done.

❓ How do I pay?

We accept cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, or digital invoice. Payment is due after each visit unless we’ve arranged otherwise.

❓ What if I’m not happy with the service?

Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right. Your satisfaction is guaranteed — and we’re not afraid to get a little dirty to prove it.

❓ Can I cancel or skip a visit?

Of course. Just give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
